By using the website or purchasing a service through the website, the client agrees to these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Kies Rookvrij and the client.

1. Applicability

The service is not a medical treatment or therapy. The client remains responsible for their own decisions and results.

Kies Rookvrij provides online coaching for smoking cessation.

The guidance is aimed at behaviour change and personal development.

2. Nature of the services

After payment, the client receives a confirmation.

The agreement is concluded when the client purchases a service through the website or registers for guidance.

Payment is made through Stripe or another available payment method.

The exact content of sessions and guidance may be adapted to the personal situation of the client.

3. Formation of the agreement

The guidance consists of a structured coaching program offered online.

After payment, the client receives confirmation of participation.

4. Content of the program

Payment must be made in advance through the website.

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Once the guidance has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

5. Payment

For online services, the client normally has a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, by completing the payment through the website, the client agrees that the service may start within this period.

If an appointment is cancelled later or if the client does not attend the session, the session may be forfeited.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

Individual sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

6. Right of withdrawal

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

All information shared during coaching is treated as confidential.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments

The client is responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable equipment.

The guidance is provided to the best of our knowledge and ability.

Kies Rookvrij is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from decisions or actions taken by the client.

The purchase of the program is final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been completed.
